For kiosks to be effective, they must draw customers into your business while providing them with an enjoyable experience. A kiosk must deliver real value, while being easy to use and understand. The entire kiosk experience must be both compelling and engaging, while providing a solid, well-engineered design with quality manufacturing that will stand up to "real world" use and abuse.

The hardware must be reliable, while providing a carefully planned and implemented application based upon a solid understanding of both your current and potential customer base. This alone, however, is not enough!

In order to keep the customer interested, kiosks must be available for use "at all times," and be located in areas where they will be noticed and used, yet provide your customers with "surfing privacy." Most importantly, wherever a kiosk network is placed, it must be monitored and effectively maintained. There is nothing worse than a "handwritten out-of-order sign, taped to a kiosk monitor." It tells your customer that you "don't care!"
